QUALITY ENGINEER

Designs packaging for injection molded electronic equipment with materials such as corrugated, plastic corrugated, and thermoformed plastic pallets. Coordinated efforts with the Purchasing Departments to negotiate optimum packaging costs of materials. Consolidate existing packaging designs in an effort to reduce inventory and simplify packaging specifications.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

B.S. Electrical Engineering.
Responsibilities include assembled and manage a project team which solved equipment reliability issues and resulted in increasing plant proceeds "up-time" by 15%. Programmed Distributed Control; System (DCS) simulation computer for operator training and equipment testing. Developed, analyzed and simplified Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) programs of multiple manufacturing process. Coordinated the installation of a vantage data collection system requiring the interfacing of multiple non-related process.

PROJECT ENGINEERING

Responsibilities include interfacing with production and maintenance personnel to provide technical assistance in the operation of production equipment; to prepare equipment layouts, direct installation of equipment; conduct studies of equipment to find problems and make recommendation for improved performances; involved in training energy conservation, and Ergonomics/Safety concerns.

Current production base is approaching prior levels with less than 50% of the personnel. Launched and achieved class "A" MRP II status. Manage a 400,000 sq. foot facility.

RESEARCH CHEMIST

B.S., Chemistry, MS Materials Science and Engineering
Over 10 years experience in materials research. Extensive background in the development of the following materials: PVDF, PET, PP biaxially-extruded films, & PVC flexible films and sheets. Experience in ISO 9000 certification and Quality programs development. Strong background in polymer processing. Selected to provide research expertise and leadership for numerous innovative developmental projects. Directed the activities of laboratory staff and established the direction of experimentation.
